While Penn State women’s gymnastics is a team, it’s also a family. It is a bond strengthened through blood, sweat and tears in the gym and laughter, helping hands and teamwork out of the gym. All of these components build trust, friendships and strong ties, which are necessary to take the team to the next level and have fun along the way.
